Our UK/International Delivery and Returns Policies

UK Delivery:

Standard 1st class UK postage and packaging  is free regardless of the item, We endeavour to ship all UK orders within 48 hours of receipt of order, if you would like your order dispatched sooner then you have the option to upgrade to next day guaranteed delivery for an extra cost which will be calculated during the checkout process, some of the items we have available for sale are with 3rd party memorabilia dealers based outside of the UK (This allows us to offer a greater choice of genuine hand signed memorabilia whilst keeping our overheads down)  If this is the case then the items location  will be stated in the particular  products listing  page, so an item located in a country outside of the UK will take longer to arrive as it has to be shipped from that country, we will of course keep you updated  on the expected delivery date.

 

All Items valued over £15 will be sent via recorded delivery with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the item, A signature will be required upon delivery so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address entered when ordering.

 

International Shipping:

We are able to ship to most countries, the cost of shipping to any particular country is calculated during the checkout process depending on your location.

All International orders are sent tracked and signed for, the delivery method depends on the size of the item being shipped, generally small packages will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for and larger items via courier, please allow upto 14 days for international delivery.

Please note that items sent abroad may be subject to customs duties or charges on arrival in your country and these are your responsibility, and by placing an order you accept this.

 

Returns:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item you must email us within 48 hours of receipt of the item explaining why you would like to return it, we will then issue you with a returns slip which must be filled out and sent back to us along with the item within 7 days of receipt in an  'as purchased' condition, upon inspecting the item for any purposeful damage or evidence of tampering with our security seals etc we will refund your purchase price minus our original postage costs and a 10% restocking fee. This excludes any bespoke (custom framed for you) or specially commissioned items.

We will make the refund directly to the payment method used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You are responsible for the return shipping cost to us.
